Help!

Hi all, I am starting my own small biz in singapore (a tuition centre) and I only cater aside S$10k for marketing + advertising purposes. I am doing flyers now, but don't seems effective.
Any good avenues on which platforms can I go/use to make an impact for my brand? Need more good suggestions. I only got S$10k to start off.

Oh you can try engage Next Concept Pte Ltd services. They provide FREE sound advice for all new start up and SMEs in singapore. They even set up a group called Singapore Enterprise Busines Support Group (SEBSG) to assist in certain grants and subsidy etc. I think it is a non-biase firm. I told them I only got S$10k to market my services (2nd hand IT products - Buy/Sell), they use only S$7k and took Singapore market by the storm. Including website design and online Google Yahoo marketing. SEO & SEM.. Lol...
