1. Please kindly send your order form with enclosed payment (In the form of cheque crossed payable to Zen Quek Ee Lynn) to Block 57 Geylang Bahru #16-3515 Singapore 330057. An acknowledgement letter will be issued upon receiving your mail order.
Please do not send us cash nor do we accept credit card payment.
However, payment via Internet fund transfer or ATM can be arranged with our office.
Terms & Conditions:
2. The 15% deposit is non-refundable should there be a cancellation due to whatsoever reasons. Nor can this deposit be used to offset against our other service
3. The balance payment will be collected on the 1st day of delivery
4. We reserve the right to terminate our service if payment is not paid up in time
5. Should you decide to terminate the service before contract expires, we will pro-rate the consumed meals @ $30/Meal. An administrative charge of $50 will also be imposed.
6. A penalty charge of $20 will be imposed for any dishonored cheques.
7. Please note that there will service disruption on All Public Holidays as well as Christmas Eve, Eve & 1st Two Day of Chinese New Year.
